1. Introduction

CSystem (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the CSystem mobile application and related services. Accounts are created by the company you work for or with (your “Organization”), which decides how the information is used in its operations.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You or Your Organization Provide

Account data (name, email, phone number, password, role).
Profile details (photo) and identity or work documents your Organization requests (for example, driver’s license or work permit). Social Security numbers are stored securely and only shown masked.
Content created in the app: work orders, check-ins and check-outs, photos, signatures, expenses, notes, and chat messages.

2.2. Automatically Collected Data

Location: only with your permission. Used to check you in at a job site and, after you tap “On my way”, to share your location and estimated arrival time with your Organization, including while the app is in the background, until you check out.
Calls: calls made or received through the app are handled by our telephony provider; we log time, duration, participants, and the related work order.
Device metadata (OS version, device model, app version, a device identifier) and push notification tokens.
Usage and error logs (screens, actions, timestamps).

2.3. Biometric Sign-In

If you enable sign-in with fingerprint or Face ID, the biometric check is performed entirely by your device. We never receive or store your fingerprint or face data, and your password is never stored on the device.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide the app’s functionality: work orders, scheduling, crew tracking, calls, chat, and expenses.
Authenticate and secure your account.
Send notifications about work orders, messages, and security.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your Organization: administrators and authorized users of your Organization can see the information related to their operations, according to their roles.
Service providers: hosting, telephony, push notifications, maps, email, and sign-in with Google or Apple, only to provide the Service and under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep data while your Organization uses the Service and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. When your account is deactivated, your access ends immediately; records your Organization needs (for example, completed work orders and hours) may be retained.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls by role, and secure storage on the device, to protect your data against unauthorized access and disclosure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy of it. Contact your Organization or us at support@csystem.app. You can also turn off location access and notifications in your device settings at any time.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
