1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CSystem mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by CSystem (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

• The Service is a business tool. Accounts are created and managed by the company you work for or with (your “Organization”). You may use the Service only while your Organization authorizes your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Your Organization may assign you roles (for example, worker, salesperson, or administrator) that determine what you can see and do.

3. Your Account

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you enable sign-in with fingerprint or Face ID, anyone who can unlock your device with a biometric you registered may be able to sign in. You can turn this option off at any time in your profile.
• Tell your Organization or us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Location, Calls, and Notifications

• Location: with your permission, the app uses your device location to check you in at a job site and, when you tap “On my way”, to share your location and estimated arrival time with your Organization, including while the app is in the background, until you check out. You can stop sharing by revoking the permission in your device settings.
• Calls: calls made or received through the app are routed by our telephony provider and may be logged (time, duration, and the work order involved) for your Organization.
• Notifications: the app sends notifications about work orders, messages, and account security.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of your Organization’s policies.
• Access data you are not authorized to see, or attempt to bypass security or role restrictions.
• Upload false information, malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the Service.

6. Content and Data

Work orders, photos, signatures, notes, messages, and other content entered in the Service belong to your Organization. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that content to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination

Your Organization may deactivate your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. When your account is deactivated, your access to the Service ends, including sign-in with fingerprint or Face ID.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, mapping, telephony, push notifications, and sign-in with Google or Apple). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that location and arrival-time estimates will always be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSystem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
